At Wallrus, we strive to deliver your favorite hats to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days.
    • Cost: $5 or Free on orders $60 and over.
  2. Express Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days.
    • Cost: $8.
  3. International Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery: 8-12 business days (varies by destination).
    • Duties and taxes may apply, to be paid by the customer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to USA & Canada.
  • We will ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are capped at $5 and applied at checkout
  • Free shipping is available for orders over $60.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Wallrus is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Contact us at info@wallrusmount.com for support.


Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
