At Wallrus, we strive to deliver your favorite hats to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days.
- Cost: $5 or Free on orders $60 and over.
Express Shipping:
- Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days.
- Cost: $8.
International Shipping:
- Estimated delivery: 8-12 business days (varies by destination).
- Duties and taxes may apply, to be paid by the customer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to USA & Canada.
We will ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are capped at $5 and applied at checkout
Free shipping is available for orders over $60.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Wallrus is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Contact us at info@wallrusmount.com for support.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
