At Wallrus, we take pride in crafting products you’ll love. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition with packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale).
  • Gift cards.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info@wallrusmount.com or through our Contact Form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@wallrusmount.com within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
